Fact Gathering

We will assemble all of the facts regarding the history, zoning, legal description, dimensions, and if applicble all pertinent data for any improvements. This information will be loaded into our database and used in the preparation of consistent materials and information distribution.

Promotional Materials

We will prepare professinal color images of your property, including where possible annotated aerials, satellite images and maps. Along with the factual material, these will be assembled into a full-color brochure. This brochure will be available as hardcopy or an Adobe Acrobat file (.PDF) for email disribution or internet downloading.

Loopnet Listing

As a commercial broker member, will will post your listing on LOOPNET.COM, a global internet-based Commercial Multiple Listing Service with more than 700,000 worldwide members.

Commercial Brokers Network Distribution

We maintain a proprietary list of the most effective commercial brokers in the country to whom we will disseminate full-color, detailed brochures on your property listing.
