What are your key accomplishments in your field/ on the job?
I excel in providing excellent customer service and find deep satisfaction in making a positive contribution to our Boyd team. I appreciate the professional and personal relationships shared with our clients and the customer service representatives of various insurance carriers.
Why did you choose to work in this industry?
I didn’t choose the industry. In seeking employment I learned of the financial services administrative assistant opening, applied and was offered the position. My prior experience of 27 years, personally and professionally, with health insurance — from physician and facility insurance contracting; medical coding and billing; claims filing, reconciliation, and resolution; and oversight of accounts receivables — has proven valuable.
Tell us about your approach to customer service.
My commitment is to treat our clients and the customer service representatives I work with respect and a positive attitude; to deal with customer concerns promptly and efficiently, and to follow up with the customer.
