Tell us a little bit about your background.
I grew up in Upstate NY and moved to Florida in 1996.
What are your key accomplishments in your field/ on the job?
Providing great service to each and every client.
Why did you choose to work in this industry?
It actually happened by accident, I was in an auto accident, lost my job, and was hired by an agency to do filing. I have been in insurance for over 20 yrs now!
Tell us about your approach to customer service.
I listen to the customer’s needs first and foremost.
What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever received?
This is from my Father: Treat everyone with respect, try not to judge people as you do not know their circumstances and there is good in everyone.
What would your pet say about you if we asked for a reference?
She would say that I love her with all my heart.
