Tell us a little bit about your background. (Where did you go to school, where are you from, etc.
I am proud to say that I have lived in the Bradenton area for the past 40 years and attended Southeast High School.
I have been working in the insurance field for the last 37 years!
Why did you choose to work in this industry?
I was in the CBE program in High School and was offered a position at a small local agency. Insurance is the only industry that I have had the pleasure of working in.
Tell us about your approach to customer service.
Most of my prior clients are like family since I handled their accounts for such a long time. The more you get to know your clients, the better you can serve their needs. I treat each client in the way that I would like to be treated.
What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever received?
This is from my Father: Treat everyone with respect, try not to judge people as you do not know their circumstances and there is good in everyone.
What would your pet say about you if we asked for a reference?
They would say that I was very carrying, loyal, and loving. Also, I go out of my way to try to make everyone happy and take care of their needs.

Is there something that excites you so much it keeps you awake the night before?
Going on vacation to visit my children and grandchildren or our family annual get together.
Describe the most incredible view you’ve ever seen.
The mountains in Wyoming, Colorado, and New Mexico.

Gluten-free with cheese and mushroom.
